Heard Agency are proud to announce DefenceHousing Australia (DHA) as their government client for Stage 2 of the Akuna Vista master planned development in Schofields, North West Sydney. We were awarded this highly-regarded project of over 1,000 land lot packages after our success delivering an integrated marketing campaign for Akuna Vista Stage 1.

From strategy to media buying and all creative in between, we worked collaboratively with DHA to release a hugely successful launch campaign to market – with 85% of Stage 1 lots selling out at the VIP sales event.’
Heard’s pitch to DHA included a strong strategic approach to intelligently target potential purchasers and create high-impact advertising opportunities. It leveraged Roy Morgan’s community engagement team to gather groundwork intel about the Schofields area, helping the agency identify local media consumption patterns and behaviours for a more refined strategy. Recognising that most people find out about upcoming developments through social media, Heard also proposed usingFacebook’s built-in marketing technology to build awareness and inspire conversion among DHA’s audience segments.
Heard Agency have grown to become one of the largest property marketing specialists in Sydney, after having delivered six major brand and integrated advertising campaigns in the last year alone. Their expertise in delivering disruptive campaigns can be seen in their Stage 1 launch of Highline Westmead by procuring Ryan Serhant, star of hit reality TV series Million Dollar Listing New York, as ambassador for the Deicorp development. The national media attention from Serhant’s visit resulted in over 1 million Facebook and SEM impressions. Heard’s online advertising strategy for South Village Kirrawee generated over 12-thousand click-throughs and over 400 leads in one month – contributing to the first stage release selling out completely. The branding work on this project also received recognition at the Transform Awards Asia-Pacific 2017 awards.
Heard are now working on the Stage 2 launch for Akuna Vista this year, with the aim of applying their in-market learnings from the Stage 1 campaign and exceeding those results.
