Every campaign is unique
in its own way. We focus on
creating a crafted approach:

Organisation

Every client is assigned an Account Director (AD)
who is your project navigator and day-to-day
contact with the agency.

Your AD will bring internal agency experts, such as
Senior Designers and Art Directors, to the table for
your direct interaction. We ensure your
requirements are understood and implemented.

Collaboration

We want to know everything about your vision:
your preferences and requirements are written
into a unique branding brief that serves as a
roadmap for our design crew. It will be signed off
by you before we commence on the tools.

Strategy

In any branding solution, it is of the upmost
importance that the target audience and
customer are understood
. We utilise Roy
Morgan
, a 3rd party research engine, for all
customer profiling.

This enables the agency to establish customer
profile personas to ensure the branding solution
meets the preferences and expectations
of the
intended audience.

Territories

Based on the campaigning brief, our creative team
will commonly establish up to three territories for
campaigning, depending on your product or
service.

We do this to ensure we have a tailored creative
vision
all the way through the campaigning
process. We see this part of the process as being
key to delivering campaigns that exceed
expectations.

Delivery

Once the creative campaign idea has been
curated by our creative team, we present this to
you in person where possible.

The presentation of the concepts is delivered with
supporting rationale and with up to three art
executions per territory.

This ensures diversity and flexibility. From here,
we work closely with you to refine the campaign
idea where required.

Media

In conjunction with the presentation of the
creative campaign concepts, media
recommendations
will also be presented by
channel and budget to ensure the idea delivers to
its full potential.

Execution

The creative concept will be executed across all
agreed channels
and to media deadlines as
confirmed.

Optimisation

With the campaign in market, we provide all
clients access to our online reporting tool, which
enables real-time performance reviews for digital
and social placements.
