Switching a language of deficit to one of opportunity

Greenwich is a development like no other in the area. It is of unreserved luxury and surrounded by build-free zones, resulting in uninterrupted views of the stunning bay. ‘Akoya’ is the name of the unique oyster shell that produces two pearls. The brand design references the shapes and textures of the shell and refers to the undulating coastline on which the property sits. Targeting wealthy downsizers within the North Shore bubble who aspire to stay in the area, the challenge is to shift the traditional mindset of what retirement is, to what it should be: a life of opportunity and deserved indulgence. It requires a brand that is poised and calming, yet which reflects the impeccable standards of the development without being ostentatious.
