Business For Developement  play a critical role in helping smallholder farmers in developing countries to achieve long-term business resilience and sustainability.

We were engaged to strategically refine their brand positioning.

Finding a commonality between polarising stakeholder groups.

The complex challenge for us was to find the common ground between the completely polarising stakeholder groups of smallholders, government funders and corporates/commercials, all having very different drivers and objectives. Through a series of strategic workshops we were able to distil and articulate the cause in a single minded, compelling way, without bias, to support B4D in sourcing funding and connecting the various business channels.

The journey ahead with B4D involves the application of the newly defined position to all key marketing material.
