It takes a village to build a community, and a brand to give it life and longevity.

Deicorp Properties brings 1000 new residential dwellings and 30 retail sites to Rouse Hill, generating
a renewed energy for the community. We were required to create a brand and marketing strategy that would engineer positive anticipation and place this new locale firmly on Sydney’s map of desired retail and residential destinations.

A unique marketing strategy was developed for the residential and the retail precinct, whilst ensuring familiar fluidity between the two.

With little competition in the area for this scale of project, our creative license was unlimited. We took to market a bold brand to usher in a new era and plant seeds for big changes.
