We supported our client in launching 6 residential buildings complete with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Occupying the locale’s penultimate position, directly connected to the rail line and a long list of amenities, surrounded by greenery and open spaces, and with views never to be interrupted, Proximity has it all.

Our work in finding the sweet spot for this significant development, started with its’ name. And Proximity says it all.

It hints at quality and sophistication, energy and dynamism, and lands squarely on the promise of convenience and ease. Our branding concept for Proximity is about connecting the buyer to a penultimate lifestyle on all levels.

Within six months, momentum and sales for buildings 3 and 6 drove the team to swiftly launch the next two. Whilst we were focussed on capturing the essence of the lifestyle, we strategically focused on building market trust to truly maximise sales for the remaining units.

Aware of the rising scepticism around off-the-plan purchasing, we capitalised on this developer’s outstanding reputation and industry longevity, through a message of reliability. We highlighted an award-winning track record, backed by testimonials. Proximity was positioned to deliver peace of mind – something hard to put a price on.
